Growth in the Americas
IMS is excited to announce the growth and expansion of our home in the Americas. With our new office location in Ottawa, Canada, the IMS team has grown rapidly in the past 18 months from three to eight full time employees working out of the North American branch. We identified a need to provide better support to our growing customer base across the Americas and this has been a primary focus of our team’s expansion. We are proud to now offer our American customers full support in their local time zone and local language, whether Spanish, Portuguese or English.
